What Will We Be Doing For Eternity?

Have you ever thought about what you’re going to be doing for eternity?

You die, you’re resurrected, you’re spending eternity on a brand new Earth once Heaven and Earth become one. What are you going to be doing?

I think a lot of people think they’re going to be in clouds playing harps, or something like that.

Or they think it’s going to be a perpetual church service.

I was reading Revelation 22:3-4 and it blew my mind!

“No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him. They will see his face…” (Revelation 22:3-4 NIV)

What are the servants going to be doing?

They’re serving!

So for eternity, you get the amazing privilege…to Serve.

So when we pray…”On Earth as it is in Heaven” guess what…we’re asking God for opportunities to Serve.

And it says his servants will see his face.

That’s some good news!
